Returns

Returns are free and you have 15 days from the moment you receive


How do returns work?

You just have to fill out the exchanging form, which you will find in Exchanges&Returns (footer). Once you finish the process we will send you an email confirming the return request and Customer Service will take care of everything, without any additional cost, it is free. As soon as we check, that both the article (s), as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and under the same conditions in which we send it to you, we will proceed to refund the money paid for the products acquired. It usually takes a week from the moment we receive the product.


Guide to return a product.

  1. Access the Exchanges&Returns. Fill in the form with your email and order number. You must indicate if you want the package to be picked up at a different address or at the same address you indicated when making the order.
  2. As soon as we process your return (we usually take between 24 - 48 hours to process it), customer service will contact you through an email to confirm that the return is in process and that in the next few days they shipping company will pick up the package you want to return.
  3. You must prepare the order you want to return in a package, preferably the original package. The package must include the components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation.
  4. At the moment we receive the package you do not want and confirm that the condition of the product is the same as when we sent it to you, we will proceed to make the full refund of your purchase within 7 days after the reception of your product .If there is a problem with the product status, we will not refund the money and will return the defective product to you again. You have to bear in mind that you will also be charged for both deliveries, the one from yours to us and the one from us to you.
  5. Only the shipping cost of the first return is free; from the second return, you will be charged.
  6. When we talk about the status or condition of the product we mean that the product will go through a thorough examination to see if we proceed to return your order or not.

Exchanges

The exchanges are free and you have 15 days from the moment you receive your order to request it. IMPORTANT, since it is the beginning of MARTE's activity, the exchanges follow the same process as returns. Which means that we will make the refund of the first order you want to return and you must make a new order. We will proceed as quickly as possible so that when you make the second purchase you have already received the refund confirmation.
